Dema’s professional background in management and
administration includes over 30 years of human resource management with local
government agencies. Dema’s experience impressed the WMCA Executive Committee
with her fresh perspective and high energy. Dema partners with Washington
State University which assures a great program for WMCA and other

Dema and her husband are living at their new home on 160 acres
near Colville. They have a ten-year old Irish Setter,
Ginger. Dema’s passions include reading, boating and spending
time with her grandchildren.
