Re:      WMCA Logo Item Purchase Opportunity

We are again offering the opportunity to purchase WMCA logo items. Since WMCA is a 501(C)(3) organization, there is no sales tax.

The following items are attached:

· Fundraising garments order form and modified logo

There will be two presale opportunities.  One for delivery at the Fall Academy and the other for delivery at the 2008 WMCA Conference.  The deadline for the Fall Academy is October 8, 2007.  Items will be distributed at the Fall Academy on October 26.  If you are unable to attend the academy, please make arrangements with someone who will attend to pick up your items for you.  The second presale will be for the 2008 Conference.  The deadline will be in February 2008. 

Items can be shipped for an additional $5.00 if you cannot attend either of the above events.

If you are interested in purchasing an item:

  • Review the items online using the attached instruction sheet;
  • Print off the order form;
  • Send the order form & money to Margo Tackett by October 8, 2007.  The order will be placed on October 10 for Fall Academy delivery.
  • Your order will be available at the academy, October 26, unless noted otherwise.

The embroidery colors on light colored garments will be bright blue; on dark colored garments it will be white.
